1. Advance ticket sales:
Advance ticket sales start on 1.12.2010. Tickets can be acquired through the office of the Choriner Musiksommer e.V and theatre box offices in Zehlendorf, Weißensee, Berlin, aswell as the Eberswalde-Finow Information . Advance ticket sales through the office of the Choriner Musiksommer are invoiced by the Choriner Musiksommer e.V, and for the other ticket providers, payments are made after receipt of an invoice from the particular outlet.

2.1. Booking confirmation is sent in the form of an invoice from the main office in Eberswalde either written by post,by FAX or e-mail with details about payment deadline. Failure to make payment on time will result in the termination of the booking.
2.2. Prices: The following current price list applies.
Single ticket prices:
Category I – 25 Euro / 27 Euro
Category II – 17 Euro / 19 Euro
Category III – 12 Euro
Category IV – 7 Euro
Certain events are subject to price variations made by the Choriner Musiksommer
e.V. The ticket prices for these special events will be announced
2.3. Reductions:Tree admission for children up to 6 years of age and
wheelchair users on places which are not numbered. Disabled persons receive
a reduction of 2€, 1 accompanying person is entitled to free admission,
issued on submission of valid proof. Reduced price tickets can only be
obtained over the Choriner Musiksommer office.

3. Ticket Dispatch:
The tickets will be sent by mail after an on-time receipt of payment. Postal charges will be included in the invoice and amount to: 2.00 € for up to 8 tickets, 3 € for more than 9 tickets.
4. Seating Description:
Numbered seating for the price groups I to III can be found in the main body of the church. Price group IV is the grassed seating area without any chairs ( „listening places“). In the price groups II and III the view of the stage is limited/obstructed.
5. Ticket Refunds
Tickets will only be taken back after prior arrangement with the Musiksommer office in Eberswalde, and after the tickets have been returned to the office. The tickets must be returned to the office at the very latest 4 days before the concert is due to take place. The ticket price will then be refunded.
6. Box Office and Admission:
The box office will be set up 1.5 hours before the concert begins, and 1 hour before the concert valid ticket holders will be allowed abmission into the concert area. Reserved tickets are available to be picked up 1 hour before the concert.
7. House Rules and Conduct in the Monastery and its Grounds
7.1 During the performances the Choriner Musiksommer e.V exercises the house rules. We ask you to respect the authority of persons responsible for implementing the house rules, in the interests of an undisturbed performance, protection of the historic buildings and for your own safety.
7.2. The requirements specified within the current version of the Federal State Law of Brandenburg relating to places of assembly apply.
7.3. The house rules of Chorin Monastery apply.
7.4. Entrance to the concert area will only be permitted for those in possession of a valid ticket, this also applies to leaving and re-entering the concert area (in the break).
7.5. Within the Monastery grounds it is not permitted to smoke, smoking is only allowed ar clearly marked areas..
7.6. For resons of safety, chairs which guests have brought with them can only be put up on the grassed area. It is forbidden to erect tables, pavillions or beach sheltersl.
7.7. Pets are not allowed.
7.8. Please refrain from making noise disturbances during the performance. If you are responsible for young children, we ask you to make sure that they behave properly, as is only reasonable in a public place and during performances.
8. Cancellation caused by the weather
8.1. Should a concert be cancelled before the first break due to weather conditions, you will receive either a ticket for a different concert, subject to availability, or a ticket refund.
8.2. Should a concert be cancelled after the beginning of a break, neither a ticket for a different performance nor a ticket refund will be possible.
9. Taking of Photographs,Film or Sound Recordings
9.1. It is forbidden to take photos, shoot film or take sound recordings of the concerts. Exceptions being recordings made for the radio,television, and the press where special provisions apply.
9.2. With a purchase of the ticket, the ticket holder agrees to the events organiser taking photograghs or film whereby the ticket holder may appear as part of the audience.
