1. Advance ticket sales outlets
The advance sale of tickets starts on December 15 2009 and can be carried out at the Zehlendorf Theatre box office, the Weissensee Theatre box office, the Berlin Theatre and Concert box office, the Eberswalde-Finow Information and the office of the Chorin Music Summer Association. Advance ticket sales through the Association's office are made for the account of the Choriner Musiksommerf e.V., and through the other ticket sales outlets for their account.
2. Advance ticket sales through the head office.
2.1. 2.Ticket bookings from the head office can be obtained by writing directly to our address,by submitting the order form on the program flyer, by fax, e-mail or by an online booking.

2.2. Ticket bookings are possible from 15 December 2009.
2.3. Reservation confirmation is made in writing, either by post, fax or e-mail stating the period of time allowed for payment, failing to make the payment on time will result in the lose, without replacement, of your entitlement for a reservation.
2.4. Written bookings which require tickets to be sent by post, will include a postage charge of 2.00 € (up to 8 tickets) and 3.00 € (more than 8 tickets)
3. Seating Description
Numbered seating with back rests are in the price groups I and II, and
are found in the main aisle of the church, aswell as in the north and
south transepts sideways to the stage. Unnumbered seats with back rests
are in price group III and are found in the northern aisle. Price group
IV is for the grassed area where there are no seats.
In the III and
IV price categories, it should ne noted that viewing difficulties have
to be expected.
4. The return of tickets
4.1. A ticket return is only possible after prior consultation with the office in Eberswalde.
4.2. Only in cases of goodwill will tickets be taken back on the concert days by the box office. This is only possible at 14:00. If tickets are presented after this time then a ticket return will definitely be refused.
5. Box office
5.1. On concert days, a box office will be set up at Chorin Monastery from 14:00.
5.2. Tickets booked in advance are to be picked up at 14:00 ,otherwise the advance booking expires.
6. House rules and conduct
6.1. During the performances the Choriner Musiksommer e.V exercises the house rules. We ask you to respect the authority of persons responsible for executing the house rules, in the interests of an undisturbed performance, the protection of the historical buildings and for your own safety.
6.2. The requirements specified within the current version of the Brandenburg Federal State Law relating to places of assembly apply.
6.3. Entrance to the concert area will be only be allowed to those bearing a valid ticket, this also applies to leaving and re-entering the concert area (in the break).
6.4. Within the monastery grounds it is forbidden to smoke, smoking is only allowed at clearly marked areas.
6.5. To ensure safety, chairs which visitors have brought with them can only be put up on the grassed seating area. It is not allowed to bring and erect tables.
6.6. Pets are not allowed.
6.7. Please abstain from making noise disturbances during performances.
6.8. If you are responsible for young children, we ask you to make sure that they behave properly, as is only reasonable in a public place and during performances.
7. Cancellation caused by the weather.
7.1. If a concert is cancelled before the first break due to weather conditions, you will receive either a ticket for a different concert, subject to availability, or your ticket price will be refunded.
7.2. If the concert is cancelled after the first break, neither another ticket for a different performance, or a ticket price refund will be possible.
