How to Get to Chorin Monastery
By car
From the Berlin Ring take the A11 Motorway (Autobahn) northwards direction Prenzlau.Take the exit marked „Chorin“. Follow the B198 (Bundestraße) direction Chorin,Britz. Drive through the village of Britz and you come to the B2.At this junction, turn left (Chorin and the monastery is signposted). As you come into Chorin, there is a large car park on the left. You can park here and then walk down to the entrance to the cloister, this is about 800 metres.
By train
From Berlin (Potsdamer Platz, Hauptbahnhof, or Gesundbrunnen) take the RE 3 (Regional Express) to Chorin. This direct train runs hourly. From the station it is a 20-30 minute walk using the well-signposted footpath to the monastery.
